The 2010 How To Profit From Foreclosure and Other Real Estate Investments seminar has been scheduled for October 2, 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia. Building on the Fall 2009 Foreclosure seminar, the idea behind this event is to bring together the industry’s most forward thinking leaders to discuss the state of the real estate investment market, and share their experience and guidance with potential investors. It will be a highly interactive seminar, giving attendees plenty of opportunity to question the speakers and discuss the issues, as well as being an excellent marketing opportunity.

Based on the tremendous amount of positive feedback we received from our 2009 event, the first part of the day will focus on residential real estate investing. We want to bring together the best and most experienced agents, brokers, lenders, tax specialists, 1031 advisers, property managers and investors to share their valuable experience with the attendees. Our attendees range from novice investors who are looking for a little bit of guidance and a foot in the door, to the more experienced, who are looking to take their investments to the next level.

This is the perfect opportunity for return attendees from the 2009 How To Profit From Foreclosure, 2009 Makeover Your Money and 2009 How To Invest Your Money in 2010 seminars to build on their knowledge and become more savvy investors. For the attendees who are hoping to take their investing experience to the next step, we are offering a special After Hours session on Investing In Equities, with a more intensive focus on the stock market. This intimate, more advanced level session is a perfect opportunity to reconnect with your connections from previous events, and network with our speakers.

The event will run from approximately 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 2, 2010, and will take the form of several panel discussions. The special After Hours session will run from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. We will also have an area where speakers and exhibitors can meet one-on-one with attendees to answer any questions and share advice.
